Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Medical Sales Representative to own the growth of CodonRX within Singapore’s gastroenterology community.

This is not a general sales role. We are looking for a specialist with a deep understanding of the GI therapeutic area and a trusted, active network of gastroenterologists. You will be responsible for driving adoption of CodonRX by translating complex clinical data into compelling reasons for clinicians to recommend our product, managing the entire sales cycle, and acting as the key liaison between leading specialists and our company.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the Territory Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets with a primary focus on gastroenterologists, GI surgeons, and private specialist clinics.

· Drive Clinical Adoption: Effectively communicate the scientific data and unique benefits of CodonRX to healthcare professionals, establishing it as a trusted solution for their patients.

· Build & Leverage KOL Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, credible relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical staff through regular, high-value engagement.

· Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead all aspects of the sales process, from initial engagement and clinical onboarding to ongoing account management and reordering.

· Provide Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide real-time feedback that will directly inform our commercial strategy.

· Represent the Brand: Serve as a professional and scientific ambassador for CodonRX at medical conferences, workshops, and educational events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or specialized nutritional supplement field.
  • A deep and active network of gastroenterology specialists, GI surgeons, and private clinics in Singapore is essential.
