The candidate will assist in focus group discussions, benchmarking digital self-help experiences, and analysing service touchpoint data to identify key areas for enhancement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. To support end-to-end focus group discussion from set up, facilitation/note taking and review of outcomes to establish clear takeaways for VA improvement</p><p>2. To provide benchmarking research on digital self-help experience, relevant to CS.</p><p>3. Analysis of service touchpoint contact drivers and suggest areas of improvement</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication and facilitation abilities</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong note-taking and documentation skills</li><li>Proficient in research and comfortable working with data</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively</li></ul><p></p>
