This includes processing survey data, identifying perception trends, monitoring online sentiments, and tracking media and parliamentary discussions on worker-related issues to provide timely insights for the organisation. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Principal Consultant with data processing for Budget, May Day and NDR ad hoc surveys. </li><li>Support the team in the review of CSE's monthly surveys by organising data and identifying broad perception and awareness trends. </li><li> Bolster the online sensing capabilities of CSE during peak periods such as Budget, May Day and NDR to gauge online traction and sentiments on NTUC and LM related issues. </li><li>Help monitor parliamentary proceedings and online media reports to surface news or debates related to worker concerns to the team. </li><li>Assist the team with social media analysis of target channels and platforms </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile </strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills with an interest in research, data interpretation, and social trends. </li><li>Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to process and manage large sets of data accurately. </li><li>Curious about current affairs, public policy, and worker-related issues in Singapore. </li><li>Able to summarise key insights from media reports and online discussions clearly. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning data or analytics tools. </li><li>Proactive team player with good written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
