<u><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong></u>The successful candidate will be part of SIA's Sales & Marketing Division.<br><br><u><strong>Key Responsibilities Include</strong></u> <br><br><ul><li>Attend to walk-in customers and perform frontline services at the Service Centre located in ION Orchard. These include:</li><ul><li>Attending to general enquiries</li><li>Providing reservations and ticketing services (e.g. making or changing flight bookings, issuing/reissuing tickets, processing refunds)</li><li>Handling membership related transactions</li></ul><li>Assist in backroom administrative functions and other ad-hoc duties if necessary</li><li>He/She will be rostered for shifts within the daily operating hours of 9am to 6:30pm, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotational basis <br></li></ul><u><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong></u><ul><li>Minimum of NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent</li><li>Work experience in the airline/travel industry or customer services, with knowledge of airline tariffs and ticketing will be an added advantage.</li><li>Working knowledge in Microsoft Office</li><li>Possess good verbal and written communication skills and customer service attributes</li><li>A team player and a quick learner</li><li>Able to adapt quickly in response to changes and have the ability to handle work stress</li><li>Training in essential customer service, transactional skills and systems will be provided<br><br></li></ul>We thank all candidates for your interest in Singapore Airlines, and regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
