Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>To support Marketing team’s targets at meeting their financial budgets</li><li>To support the scope of dealing activities for self-directed clients who require prompt access into the markets</li><li>To provides a central function to both internal and external clients & support on dealing related matters on the equities, fixed income & structured products</li><li>To increase revenue across centres where feasible</li><li>To provide value-add and quality service to both internal and external clients, including managing calls from trading hotline</li><li>To provide a platform of proficient and efficient trade executions</li><li>Trade monitoring, reconciliation, investigation and prompt reporting of trades</li><li>Address & assist with the dealing related queries and issues of all clients</li><li>Address & assist with the process of cross-bookings into the respective centres</li><li>Assist with the smooth process flows of traded products & securities to the back-end</li><li>Managing & mitigating all dealing bank risks</li><li>Strict adherence with the banking and exchange regulations, policies, guidelines. Maintaining them without breaches and incidences</li><li>Liaison with the relevant departments on the formal notification for any audit & trail</li><li>Vendor liaison, to have productive communication flows with approved brokers and counterparties</li><li>Assist in UAT testing for system enhancements/new initiatives<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Degree Holder in Finance, Business or Accounting with at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience preferred</li><li>Team player with good organizational and communication skills</li><li>Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment</li><li>Good customer orientation and able to handle client’s issues promptly</li><li>Understanding and observance of control, risk and banking regulations, with a good eye for detail and a strong control mindset</li><li>Equity and FI knowledge will be an advantage</li><li>CACS (1 & 2) and FMRP are pre-requisites to perform this role and candidates must be prepared to obtain these certification if selected for the role</li><li>Willing to work on public holidays<br><br></li></ul><strong>Primary Location<br><br></strong>Singapore-DBS Asia Central<br><br><strong>Job<br><br></strong>Trader<br><br><strong>Schedule<br><br></strong>Regular<br><br><strong>Job Type<br><br></strong>Full-time<br><br><strong>Job Posting<br><br></strong>Oct 28, 2025, 9:24:02 AM
