Join us to advance our mission and shape your future with us today!<br><br> <br><br>Learn more about GovTech at tech.gov.sg.<br><br><strong>[What you will be working on]<br><br><br></strong><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Product Operations team supporting GovTech’s developer platforms — SHIP-HATS, CStack, and StackOps.<br><br>You’ll work closely with experienced Product Ops Managers to monitor adoption, improve user experience, and strengthen engagement across our developer community.<br><br>This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how large-scale digital products are managed, measured, and improved across government.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities: <br><br><br></strong><ol><li> Support Product Adoption & Insights</li><li>Track adoption and usage metrics across SHIP-HATS, CStack, and StackOps. </li><li>Help maintain dashboards and reports on adoption trends vs total addressable market (TAM). </li><li>Analyse data to identify opportunities to increase both breadth (new subsystem onboarding) and depth (feature usage) of adoption. </li><li>Support campaigns or pilots aimed at driving adoption growth. </li><li> Improve User Experience</li><li>Help design and manage feedback loops across multiple channels — support tickets, user surveys, Slack/Teams channels, and training sessions. </li><li>Synthesise user feedback into actionable insights for the product teams. </li><li>Contribute to mapping and improving the end-to-end user journey: </li><li>Pre-onboarding and onboarding </li><li>Training and enablement </li><li>Product usage and support </li><li>Offboarding and exit feedback </li><li>Partner with Product Ops leads to ensure users receive timely responses and clear guidance. </li><li> Support Value & Impact Tracking</li><li>Assist in gathering evidence of how users benefit from the products (e.g. productivity, delivery speed, reduced issues). </li><li>Work with the team to compile success stories and usage summaries for internal sharing. </li><li> Communications & Engagement</li><li>Help prepare regular product updates, newsletters, and roadmap announcements. </li><li>Contribute to welcome campaigns and other outreach activities to engage users. </li><li>Support internal coordination with other Product Managers, Engineers, and Enablement teams.<br><br><br></li></ol><strong>[What we are looking for]<br><br><br></strong><strong>Required Qualifications: <br><br><br></strong><ol><li>Final-year student or recent graduate (any discipline) with an interest in product management, data analytics, or developer tools. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Analytical and comfortable working with data (e.g. dashboards, spreadsheets). </li><li>Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how public-sector platforms operate at scale. </li><li>Experience with Jira, GitLab, or similar tools is a plus (not required).</li></ol>
