<p>The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Team:</strong></p><p>The Regional Cross-Border PMO team analyses business performance across regions, optimises processes, tracks project outcomes, and collaborates with internal teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement in cross-border initiatives. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyse regional cross-border business performance and develop insights on the key driving factors for each country</li><li>Design, track and optimise new business processes, performance reports established as part of the new business initiatives/projects rolled out</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports through the consolidation and analysis of business updates and trends from discussions with regional and local teams</li><li>Work with internal teams to understand existing processes and ensure all identified pain points are tracked and resolved in a systematic approach</li><li>Provide creative and innovative approaches to solve different kinds of commercial and supply chain problems</li><li>Attend to other ad-hoc duties as assigned</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Currently a Penultimate or Final Year student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in STEM Discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Economics etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Gsheet and PPT skills are required</li><li>Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative</li><li>Innovative and analytical, with a high level of commitment to delivering</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment</li><li>Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who are able to commit a minimum of 3 working days are also welcome to apply</li></ul>
