<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop strong personal relationships with patients, ensuring trust and continuity of care.</li><li>Design and implement patient-specific health programs, leveraging historical and current health data.</li><li>Monitor, review, and adapt individualized health programs over time to ensure effectiveness.</li><li>Schedule and conduct follow-up examinations to track progress and provide timely interventions.</li><li>Analyze patient health data to support accurate diagnosis, treatment, and long-term health planning.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive wellness examinations.</li><li>Administer vaccinations in accordance with recommended guidelines.</li><li>Perform relevant medical procedures and operations within scope of practice.</li><li>Educate patients on health management, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Medicine (or equivalent recognized qualification).</li><li>Completed medical attachment/clinical rotation with a hospital.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively in a healthcare team.</li></ul>
