Responsibilities:

  • Register patients, explain payment schemes and charges, and provide information about the clinic's services
  • Respond to inquiries from patients and the public both in person and over the phone
  • Perform general administrative and counter-closing tasks at the end of the day according to standard procedures
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and visitors in a healthcare setting

Requirements:

  • Minimum of O Level and above
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Meticulous, caring, and adaptable to changing patient needs
  • Preferably 2 years’ experience in frontline customer service
