Spot opportunities to make HR processes smarter and more efficient.</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Get creative with Excel automation and AI solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks</li><li>Design and build automation solutions that combine RPA and AI to make work life better for everyone</li><li>Lead exciting transformation projects from idea to implementation</li><li>Work closely with HR teams to understand their challenges and create innovative solutions</li><li>Share your technical knowledge and help others embrace new ways of working</li><li>Use AI tools to generate dashboards, reports, and predictive models for workforce planning, performance tracking, and training impact</li><li>Apply machine learning to identify trends in employee engagement, attrition risk, and talent development</li><li>Designing and implementing strategic HR programmes that align with government agencies for workforce funding and policy alignment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in HR, process improvement, or automation.</li><li>Experience in implementing AI solutions is an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills.</li><li>Solid project management capabilities.</li></ul><p></p>
