YOUR ROLE

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for marine customers regarding ship spares logistics in Singapore.
  • The role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of import, clearance, warehousing, and delivery of marine shipments, while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Main contact for Client purchasers / technical superintendent / vessel managers
  • Monitor hub PO consolidations and co-ordinate with hub and vessel schedules for ship spares delivery globally.
  • Ensure KPI Milestone are updated by hub to enable visibility to Client when PO has been received in hub and delivery onboard the vessel.
  • Gate in (entry of date & upload of docs) – within 24 hrs or 1 business day after receiving cargo
  • Enter Qty / Dimension / weight / remarks etc DG shipment or damage
  • Gate Out (entry of date & upload of AWB) – within 24 hrs or 1 business day after cargo leaves the warehouse
  • Delivery onboard date – within 24 hrs or 1 business day after actual delivery
  • Proof of delivery (upload of POD & date) - within 3 business day after actual delivery
  • Plan PO according to the priority by executing via Air / Sea / cross-border trucking within EU to meet vessel schedule timely.
  • Send Pre-alert to destination CEVA stations / CMA agents with copy of shipping docs (AWB / BL / CIPL)
  • CT to monitor POs last mile delivery to the vessel till POD are obtained.
  • Consolidate billing invoices from hubs and park freight charges in cargowise for consol billing to CMA ships monthly.
  • Update billing log sheet for finance record and verification due to different system used for posting invoices. (Will change accordance to ONE TMS process)
  • Verify inter-company invoices and provide MISC dossier to billing team on monthly basis for DOSP06 / QLCRVO report. (Will change accordance to ONE TMS process)
  • Requirement: potential candidates required to have experiences in Air freight / Sea freight operations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Able to start immediate / on short notice for 6 months (subject to renew)
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or marine logistics preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Proficient in logistics systems (e.g., Cargowise) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to be on standby for urgent marine logistics support.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 3:00pm – 1:00am
  • Friday: 3:00pm – 12:00am
  • Transport Allowance provided in lieu of working hours
