We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore. We are seeking caring, reliable Part-Time Caregivers to support seniors and individuals in need across Singapore.

This is a rewarding role offering flexible hours that allows you to provide personal, emotional, and physical care to clients in their homes or at designated locations. Your role is essential in helping clients maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) & Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) :

  • Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting for clients.
  • Help with feeding, including assisting with oral, nasogastric tube (NGT), or percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube feeding.
  • Brushing of teeth and cleaning of dentures
  • Change clothes, undergarments, continence aids, and soiled sheets as needed.
  • Help with light housekeeping iif clients are unable to do so
  • Assist with medication management and monitoring.
  • Lifting, transferring, and positioning of the client, including assisting with mobility.

Health Monitoring and Vital Signs:

  • Monitor and record client's vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respirations, weight, and hypo-count.
  • Observe and report any changes in client behavior or health to the relevant family members or healthcare professionals.
  • Provide companionship by engaging in conversations and assisting with social activities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents /LTVP
  • Minimum 'N' or 'O' Levels, WSQ Higher Certificate/Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care), or ITE Approved Training Centre Healthcare (Home Care) programme
  • Valid CPR + AED certification (must be currently valid)
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred:

  • Prior caregiving or home care experience
  • Ability to communicate in local languages or dialects is an advantage.
  • Physically fit to assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Compassionate, patient, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours & Remuneration

  • Flexible scheduling: Day, evening, weekend,
  • Hourly Rate: from $19/hr, depending on experience and care requirement
  • Additional Allowances: Earn extra for urgent or on-short notice assignments
