<strong>Key Responsibilities: <br><br></strong>Counter Registration<br><br><ul><li> Perform patient registration and verify relevant documents. </li><li> Conduct the triage process, e.g. including screening and measuring and recording patient’s height/weight/ blood pressure and etc. </li><li> Provide clear instructions to patients regarding consultation/ intervention processes. </li><li> Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments. </li><li> Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner. </li><li> Comply to clinic facilities readiness. <br><br><br></li></ul>Consultation Room<br><br><ul><li> Provide administrative support to clinicians during consultations as required. </li><li> Assist in scoring the assessment forms and tabulating assessment results accurately. </li><li> Ensure documents/assessments are properly organised and scanned into the system. </li><li> Ensure assessment tools and kits are cleaned and disinfected. <br><br><br></li></ul>Appointment Matters<br><br><ul><li> Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients. </li><li> Coordinate and follow-up on referrals. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> Key Requirements: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Minimum “N” Level. </li><li> Healthcare or service-related industry preferred. </li><li> Proficient in IT computer skills. </li><li> Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
