Looking for experience Coffee Maker / Service Crew

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tea, coffee, and a variety of hot and cold beverages and toasts, food.

  • Assist with basic food preparation and service according to company standards.

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

  • Always maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and the shop.

  • Be familiar with the menu and ongoing promotions and actively upsell products.

  • Operate equipment such as POS systems, payment terminals (Nets, credit card).

  • Monitor stock levels, place and follow up on orders with suppliers for your station.

  • Perform duties efficiently with speed and accuracy.

  • Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Food Safety, Hygiene & Workplace Standards

  • Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and maintain proper grooming and hygiene (e.g., clean uniform, short nails, tied-up hair).

  • Ensure the kitchen, equipment, crockery, and utensils are kept clean and in good working condition.

  • Possess a valid Level 1 Food Safety Certificate.
