<p><strong>Who We Are Looking For?</strong></p><p>As a Senior/Business Analyst (Trading), he/she will assist with promotion analysis, preparation of budget and performance measurement report.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Awaits You:</strong></p><p>1. Promotion Analysis (Pre and Post- Promotion)</p><ul><li>Prepare pre and post- evaluation report of weekly / monthly / ad-hoc promotion</li><li>Assist to review the pre and post- evaluation report</li><li>Provide advice to Trading team to improve the effectiveness of the promotion</li></ul><p><br></p><p>2. Budget Preparation and Performance Measurement Report</p><ul><li>Assist to prepare data for budget forecasting</li><li>Assist to work out KPI and provide monthly performance record to Trading team</li></ul><p><br></p><p>3. Produce report and analyze report for improvement</p><ul><li>Prepare regular / ad-hoc Trading and CRM related report</li></ul><p><br></p><p>4. System Development / Price Check Management / Stock Management</p><ul><li>Assist to work on any new system implementation</li><li>Assist in price check management process</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We Are Excited About You If You Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy or related discipline</li><li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail purchasing in a fast-paced FMCG or challenging retail environment</li><li>Initiative and meticulous</li><li>Strong leadership qualities</li><li>Team player</li><li>IT Savvy</li><li>Numeric skills</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multi-tasking</li><li>Good in reporting skills</li><li>Acute business acumen</li><li>Digitally Inclined</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Should You Join Watsons?</strong></p><p>Watsons is Singapore’s leading beauty and health retailer with more than 90 stores located islandwide.
