We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented manager to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role plays a critical part in shaping, optimizing, and executing sales and operational strategies across multiple markets. You will work closely with business leaders to bridge strategy and execution. This role spans accross Operation (e.g. Forecast process, process design and optimization), Strategy (e.g. Growth strategy), and Execution (e.g. Sales targets, issue identification and solutioning, piloting and scaling initiatives and processes). The candidate should have a strong strategic mindset, communication skills and collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions.

Roles and responsibility:

Strategic partnership: Advise County GMs and Sales Leaders on growing and optimizing businesses by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that support their long-term strategic priorities and day-to-day decision-making

Execution & implementation: Partner with business leaders to drive the operational implementation of key initiatives, including market expansion, product development, new sales channel expansion, and strategic partnerships

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse business performance to identify drivers, uncover issues, and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and profitability across different markets

Project Management: Lead and manage company-wide strategic initiatives. Ensure timely progress and achievement of key milestones and goals across multiple workstreams

Flexibility: Occasional business travel or working outside standard business hours may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or relevant field
  • 4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, finance or a similar analytical role
  • Experience in financial services, consumer lending, or fintech is highly preferred.
  • Experience in leveraging numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision-making

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong skills in financial modelling and data analysis, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with senior management
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with limited supervision
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity
