Job Responsibilities

· Handle full set of accounts (PL / AR / GST / month-end closing)

· Prepare financial statements and reports

· Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

· Manage billing, invoicing, and payment transactions

· Ensure compliance with GST, audit and statutory requirements

· Work closely with internal departments and management

· Accounting system used: Xero

Requirements

· Diploma in Accounting / Finance or above

· Minimum 2 years of full-set accounting experience

· Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

· Experience using Xero accounting system is an advantage
