Job Description - Temporary Position Ø Check regulatory website for receipt of mails Ø Daily monitoring of expenses to Vendors, Service Providers, etc. Ø Accounts Receivables and Payables - on time processing of internal and third party payments Ø Tallying of monthly Giro Internal accounts Ø Maintenance of Registers - Staff training courses, Customer Entertainment expenses Ø Processing of staff related payments - reimbursements and other payments Ø Comprehensive Salary processing - inclusive of CPF Submission Other staff payments such as AWS/Other Advances via Paymaster Application Ø Handling /processing IRAS matters - IR21, Income Tax, etc. Ø IR8A preparation and submission for all employees Ø Maintenance of staff leave records Ø Maintenance of Stock for stationery / number items of stocks Ø Updating the Depreciation Management System Ø Preparation of Monthly Attendance Register Ø Assisting Officer in charge in carrying out certain duties Ø Attending to phone calls Ø Handle adhoc duties/ other miscellaneous work whenever assigned 1. Minimum GCE N,O-Level & above 2. 1-2 years of experience in similar job roles is preferred. 3. Knowledge of payroll and admin work an advantage. 4. Able to work independently and should be strongly motivated 5. Skills - Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) Good written & verbal communications skills
