We are an Executive Search firm specializing in mid to senior roles within the Accounting & Finance, IT, and various corporate function. As part of our expansion plan, we are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Director, the Recruitment Consultant will support in the full 360 recruitment cycle, which includes candidate sourcing & business development to gather new business accounts.

Successful candidates can expect to work within a cohesive and well-bonded team in a fun and rewarding environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business or any related field
  • Full 360 Recruitment Cycle experience which include Candidate Sourcing and Screening and Business Development function such as client engagement
  • Working experience in Recruitment/ Sales will be a distinct advantage
  • No experience is required as training is provided
  • Strong communication skills
