<strong>What The Role Is<br><br></strong>As an Educational Psychologist in the Special Educational Needs Division, you will lead the delivery of psychological services to schools as well as develop and review policies, programmes, and resources.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Working On<br><br></strong><ul><li> Provide guidance on issues pertaining to educational support for students with special educational needs in mainstream schools</li><li> Develop, monitor and evaluate support structures and processes, programmes, as well as resources to support students with special educational needs in mainstream schools</li><li> Implement strategies to ensure quality psycho-educational services for students with special educational needs</li><li> Mentor Associate Psychologists</li><li> Lead teams in research and development projects related to special educational needs</li><li> Design and conduct training programmes on special educational needs for teachers and allied educators<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li> At least a Master's degree in Educational Psychology, School Psychology or Applied Psychology</li><li> Possess relevant requirements for registration or accreditation with recognised professional body as ‘Educational or School Psychologists’</li><li> Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills as well as ability to work well with different stakeholders</li><li> Embrace the value of professionalism and has a strong passion and drive to work with students with special educational needs and external stakeholders<br><br><br></li></ul>As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
