Job Description

  • Welcome, greet and sit guest down in restaurant
  • Take down reservations via phone, email, online platforms and also walk ins
  • Product knowledge is a must and customer service oriented
  • Handle cashiering duties - petty cash, payment terminals, cash etc
  • Handle and update guest profile and preferences includes weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain tracker records on all in-house promotions and guest type
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene, grooming and cleanliness at all times

· Uniform allowance & staff meals provided. Medical, Service Charge, Annual Bonus & other incentives available.

  • Adhoc duties will include general cleanliness, station care etc.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be able to read and converse in English well
  • Candidates must be familiar with computer (Microsoft Office softwares & online reservation app)
  • Candidates must be presentable, have pleasant personality with good social skills, able to handle high volume of guests
  • Cashiering & hostess in F&B experience will have an advantage
  • Responsible, honest, punctual and a team player
  • 5-day work week, required to work on weekends & public holidays. May also be required to work split shifts.
