This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, people engagement, and learning & development within the Bank. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">As a core member of the team, you will take ownership of developing and running our internal innovation program – a platform to spark creativity, support intrapreneurship, and pilot new ideas that drive business and operational improvement. </span></p>
