Responsibilities:-

  • Engage and consult with prospective learners to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Present and explain course offerings, fee structures and registration processes.
  • Manage enquiries and follow up on leads generated via walk-ins, referrals, and outreach activities.
  • Ensure accurate administration of course enrolments and proper documentation.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service and learner support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, funding schemes, and industry trends.

Requirements:-

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Multiple work locations island-wide.
  • Hourly basic pay from S$12/hr to S$50/hr, depending on sales.
  • 5 working hours per shift
  • Morning shift 10am-3pm, Afternoon shift 3pm-8pm
  • Mininium 15 hours work per week
