Job Description Job Responsibilities Support the development of holistic data science strategic projects and initiatives aimed at driving operational efficiencies, accelerate new ways of working and implement data driven solutions aligned to the wider Private Bank business strategy. Maintain detailed documentation on model design, development and deployment. Leverage the use of data and advanced analytics to design and build predictive models and dynamic client segmentation targeting that will uncover gaps and opportunities within a Relationship Manager’s (RM) portfolio, generating actionable insights that will translate to improved RM productivity. Provide advisory support to business stakeholders in identifying data trends, patterns and insights on our customers and business operations. Support the execution of campaigns and conduct post-campaign analysis to assess performance. Provide strategic advisory to business stakeholders in designing and implementing client-centric campaigns and engagement initiatives, leveraging insights derived from campaign outcomes. Establish clear success measures to monitor and track efficacy of advanced analytics projects, and digital campaigns to facilitate continuous improvement. Lead model governance and risk management, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
