<p>This role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:-</p><ul><li>Deliver collaterals development as directed by creative briefs</li><li>Work with marketing agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials</li><li>Update SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as required</li><li>Support the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timeline</li><li>Prepare reports and analyze effectiveness of marketing initiatives</li><li>Optimise marketing messages to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirement</li><li>Support cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with other business units where needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in content development (writing, editing and storytelling skills) and creative marketing</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus</li><li>Good understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies</li><li>Experience in developing and executing campaigns and marketing communications plans</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience in regulatory processes is a plus</li><li>Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Collaborative and motivated team player</li></ul><p></p>
