<p><strong>Description </strong></p><p>Our client is a leading insurer and is committed to investing in sustainable growth. It is now recruiting HR Governance & Employee Relations Lead for its Singapore operations.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Singapore Head of Human Resources, you will lead the HR governance and employee relations activities for Singapore. You will play an integral role in ensuring human resources policies and procedures are developed, maintained and compliant with the company standard and country regulations. You will partner with internal stakeholders and HR business partners through providing advice, monitoring and reporting on HR governance and employee relations matters. You monitor and oversee compliance with Group policies and standards. You will identify trends and themes to pivot the direction of employee relations strategy and standards, and ensure policies and frameworks are balanced between Group and country priorities. You will facilitate all confidential, complex, and highly sensitive investigations and grievances as per internal process and provide oversight of and act as a point of escalation for all conduct issues.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>With at least 15 years of progressive human resources experience including significant years of experience in HR governance and employee relations gained in financial services (ideally insurance or bank).
