  • 3 days with alternate 4 days work week

  • 7.30am - 8pm

  • 9.30am - 10pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.

  • Attend to all walk-in enquiries from customers.

  • Handle lost-and-found enquiries.

  • Handle customers phone call enquiries.

  • Ensure customer enquiry are properly addressed and escalate customer complaints to related departments.

  • Other ad-hoc customer service related duties as assigned.

  • Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels and above. Prior 1 – 2 years of working experience in customer service industry would be advantageous.

  • Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills; with pleasant and positive attitude.

  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.

  • Able to commit to shifts.
