Trident Digital is Looking for ONE Full-Time Sales Representative to Join Our Team!

Position: Sales Representative

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SGT)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: Base pay + attractive commission (5–10%) — potential to earn five figures monthly as deals closed are high-ticket service packages

We’re looking for someone who knows how to close—confidently, smartly, and with heart.

You’ll work closely with our founder and business development team, taking ownership of the full sales cycle—from first discovery call to signed deal.
If you’ve done high-ticket sales before, know how to connect with clients, and can confidently turn interest into long-term relationships, this role is for you.

THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO:

  • Lead the full sales process: discovery, pitching, proposal, and closing
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Confidently present Trident’s services and demonstrate real business value
  • Handle objections with calm and strategic follow-through
  • Contribute directly to the company’s growth by closing high-value clients

YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU:

  • Have proven experience in high-ticket sales (especially in service-based businesses)
  • Can communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically
  • Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Are driven, proactive, and goal-oriented—you don’t just meet targets, you aim to exceed them
  • Are professional, resilient, and comfortable in client-facing conversations
  • Love connecting with people and helping them make confident decisions
