Job Description Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include the following: Work closely with internal HR teams and external service providers to provide assignment and relocation support to relocating assignees and international transfers, oversee case work as well as manage assignment exceptions and escalations Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth mobility administration, timely delivery of immigration/relocation services and accurate assignee data maintenance Track and ensure mobility subsidy claims to the authorities are processed promptly and accurately Work with tax vendor and various country payroll teams on tax filing requirements and facilitate prompt payment to local tax authorities Ensure timely processing of invoice payments to vendors, assignee reimbursements and payroll Monitor mobility insurance programs and execute renewals in a timely manner Maintain and upkeep expatriates’ records in the HR system as well as mobility procedural documents Provide support in corporate business travel where required Requirements: Recognised degree with at least 3 years’ experience in global mobility management Experience in supporting global mobility programs/processes and vendor management are essential Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time effectively Attentive to details, organised with clear written and verbal communication skills Self driven and able to work independently Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
