Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Payroll / Recruitment

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Coordinate phone screenings and interviews with hiring managers. Match candidate profiles with job requirements to ensure suitability. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Work closely with internal teams to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Ensure recruitment efforts align with organizational KPIs and hiring goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
