With the progress we achieved so far, we aim to continue to push boundaries and overcome constraints to be a leader in the industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Fulfillment Planner responsibilities include planning, managing and overseeing demand and supply commitments, as well as handling daily operations through coordination between internal support teams and customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Fulfilment responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the order-to-delivery process, from order processing to shipment coordination</li><li>To coordinate and manage Purchase Order requirements</li><li>To manage, plan, analyse and oversea demand & supply commitments</li><li>To communicate with customers and internal teams </li><li>To be responsible in managing customers’ accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements, customer forecast/requirements.</li><li>Implement new processes to support the changing needs of the company</li><li>Manage product configurations and BOMs with JO database</li><li>To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and streamline logistics</li><li>Analyse supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potential issues</li><li>Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement</li><li>Liaise with customers and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve any fulfillment-related concerns</li><li>Perform other assigned duties</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma, fresh graduate encouraged to apply</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry would be an added advantage</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficient in MS office – Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word</li><li>Proficiency in oral and written communication in English</li></ul><p></p>
