<p><strong>Role Background</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>This position is responsible for the preparation, review and negotiation of a variety of information technology related agreements, including software license agreements, professional services agreements and nondisclosure agreements.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Law Degree AND admitted or qualified to practice in a recognized bar.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Contracts experiences in the review and drafting of information technology related agreements. Familiarity with issues that arise in the negotiation of those agreements is essential. A general knowledge of the principles of intellectual property (mainly copyright) is desirable but not essential.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Customer centric and focused approach in supporting both external and internal customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in Australia and New Zealand markets is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul><p></p>
