Responsibilities:

Passenger Service:

1. Handling guest departure and arrival gate duties to ensure flight on time and Safety

2. Ensure smooth and efficient boarding and departure processes in coordination with airline and airport teams.

3. Closing reports after the flight arrival and departure information

4. Handling Baggage services and reports

5. Handling feedback and complaints, coordinating with support to resolve issues

6. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries by passengers

7. Responding to Airport Traffic Operations; Basic Ticketing and reservation knowledge response and handling Airlines Website information guide to passengers.

8. Assist in other duties assigned by Department Manager

Cargo Handling:

1. Support cargo reservations and bookings, process cargo acceptance, documentation, and release according to airline and regulatory Requirements.

2. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries by Cargo Agents.

3. Maintain accuracy in cargo records and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.

4. Required in/outbound shipment documents are uplifted on flights

5. Aircraft load planning, weight & balance calculations preparation to prevent any oversize shipments.

6. Coordinate cargo service activities between sales, operations and ground handling in order to ensure efficient handling of shipments.

7. Build strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics clients

8. Assist in other duties assigned by Department Manager

Sales & Customer Support:

1. Responding to Ticketing/reservation/E-commerce Sales and administrative routine portfolio matter.

2. Promptly and professionally handle walk-in, incoming calls and emails for general enquiries.

3. Handle all international and domestic ticketing queries

4. Handle Airlines Sky-pearl Club membership queries and response.

5. Responsible on relationships and customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

6. Customer Service ensuring customer satisfaction with a product or service.

7. E-commerce Support: Assisting with tasks related to online sales, include assisting with email marketing, website management, and other digital marketing initiatives.

8. Assist in other duties assigned by Department Manager

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Wearing a company uniform when assigned at front liners duty
