Job Description

  • Lead functional and integration testing for Global Payroll across countries.
  • Perform data gap analysis and identify enhancements in SuccessFactors HCM.
  • Collaborate with HR teams (local & overseas), internal IT, and external vendors to implement new data fields in SuccessFactors and support UAT execution and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain SIT/UAT test scripts and test data to ensure full testing coverage.
  • Conduct user briefings and training sessions; coordinate payroll test execution with HR and stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Global Payroll vendor to drive change management initiatives for HR teams during rollout.
  • Manage pay component consolidation and reconciliation across entities in scope.
  • Consolidate functional change requests, obtain approvals, and oversee rollout of changes.
  • Support HR systems projects, track progress, and manage timelines with the Global Payroll vendor.
  • Perform data validation in SuccessFactors, prepare upload templates, and coordinate data cleansing with HR teams.
  • Ensure data standardization and execute mass uploads in SuccessFactors with proper reporting.
  • Oversee integration of SuccessFactors HCM data with Global Payroll and downstream systems to ensure error-free payroll runs.
  • Monitor and follow up on system tickets/issues to ensure timely resolution and closure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRIS Analyst should have:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant experience with HR operations work in a HR Shared Service setup, supporting SAP SuccessFactors, HCM solutions and HR Analytics
  • Functional experience with Successfactors HCM (Employee Central) functionalities and data
  • Hands on with supporting SAP SuccessFactors HCM integration with payroll systems
  • Experience with managing change initiatives, including communication, conducting user training (HCM system) and support
  • Hands on with creating reports in Successfactors HCM, and using tools like MS Excel for data reconciliations, and Power BI or Tableau for data visualisation
  • Proactive in the preparation and execution of project activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors HCM system, including data management, reporting, and audit reviews
  • Ensuring data protection guidelines are adhered to and compliant with internal policies/controls and PDPA/GDPR guidelines
