Job Purpose\:

This strategic leadership role is responsible for the holistic development, execution, and continuous evolution of the Treasures Customer Value Proposition across our regional markets. The incumbent will be instrumental in shaping the future of our cross-border wealth management capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences

Responsibilities\:

Regional Treasures Segment and Sales Management

  • Strategic Vision & Market Leadership\: Champion the end-to-end strategic development and evolution of the Treasures Customer Value Proposition, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and market-leading experience for our high-net-worth clients across diverse geographies. This requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and competitor propositions, enabling the formulation of robust strategies to strengthen our regional offerings while adeptly catering to in-market nuances. Furthermore, this responsibility extends to developing strategies that elevate the Treasures brand regionally, driving impactful acquisition and portfolio engagement programs, designing powerful sales recognition initiatives, and spearheading comprehensive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • P&L Ownership & Growth Acceleration\: Drive the regional Treasures total income and Investment & Insurance (I&I) fee income targets. Collaborate closely with both mature and growth markets to identify opportunities for accelerated growth, develop innovative solutions to overcome business challenges, and implement effective segment strategies and sales and distribution management frameworks.
  • Governance & Performance Management\: Establish and maintain robust cadences and rituals to facilitate timely senior management business reporting, ensure consistent delivery against business targets, and enable proactive intervention and escalation of critical issues.
  • Financial Planning & Alignment\: Lead the regular strategic reviews for the regional Treasures franchise, engaging and aligning with market stakeholders on key strategic priorities and resource allocation to maximize regional growth.
  • CVP Harmonization & Standardization\: Partner with market teams to ensure alignment and standardization of the regional target Customer Value Proposition design, marketing communications, customer-facing digital channels (e.g., pWeb), and sales and service operating models, promoting a unified brand experience.
  • Performance Measurement & Incentive Governance\: Design and implement a strategic framework for the front office scorecard that directly aligns with and drives key strategic priorities. Provide expert support and guidance for the Treasures updates presented at the Regional Incentive Governance Committee.
  • Best Practice Dissemination & Operational Excellence\: Develop comprehensive playbooks and toolkits to facilitate the sharing of best practices and drive consistent, effective implementation of sales management strategies across key markets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
     

Regional Treasures/WM/Emerging Affluent MtJ Cluster

  • Support the cluster lead in managing the Treasures/WM/EA cluster including liaising with key group stakeholders, PMA framework alignment, value map refinement, flywheel tracking and scorecard submissions.
  • Operate regional Treasures MtJ Control Tower; identity business gaps, introduce and track the interventions.
  • Host MtJ cluster stand-ups to facilitate success transfer and best practice sharing.

  • Develop a good understanding of the consumer business in the region to deliver delta for the business
  • Dissect complex business situations to come up with recommendations with a focus on generating impact
  • Consolidate information on the consumers, competitors and marketplace to produce comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Use these exploratory, forward-looking assessments to extract actionable insights to grow the business
  • Translate broad vision, situation or problem statement into tangible insights and plans to be communicated and executed and communicate to varied audience
  • Create insightful presentation that facilitates decision making for internal senior stakeholders
  • Identify key areas for attention and ensure the right stakeholders are made aware and are equipped to act
  • Build effective relationship with stakeholders to influence in-market leads across various levels to act
