<strong>It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!<br><br></strong>‎<br><br>‎<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Conduct regular market and industry research including peer performance analysis, earning highlights and performance theses.</li><li>Monitor market and macro-environment trends, industry landscape and develop business and product theses aligned with strategic priorities.</li><li>Create Board and Investor presentations applying modern design principles and clear executive communication.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment, accuracy and understanding levers in operational KPI — building insightful dashboards and reports.</li><li>Support analysis of operational KPIs and conduct market benchmarking to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.</li><li>Prepare regular Earnings Digest and Market Intelligence Briefs for leadership.</li><li>Serve as the bridge between external market and macro-environment intelligence and internal business planning teams.</li><li>Identify trends and patterns in data and translate them into compelling business storytelling.</li><li>Champion research excellence and ensure the Finance team stays ahead of market and competitive developments.<br><br></li></ul>‎<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>3 years of experience in Top Tier Investment Banking (JP Morgan, MS, GS) or Consulting (MBB).</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset to connect data, insights and business direction.</li><li>Proven record of strong analytical thinking and market research capabilities.</li><li>Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills with a strong aesthetic sense for clean and modern presentation design.</li><li>Excellent communication and business writing abilities.</li><li>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.</li><li>Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools will be a strong plus.<br><br></li></ul>‎<br><br><em>If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!</em>
