·       Contract to Permanent role

·       5 days work week

Essential Responsibilities:

 

·       Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records and documentation.

·       Support the onboarding process for new crew members.

·       Assist with the preparation of crew contracts and related paperwork.

·       Coordinate with seafarers and shipping companies regarding crew changes and travel arrangements.

·       Manage crew related correspondence and communication.

·       Contribute to the development and improvement of crewing processes.

·       Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business related field

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Willing to learn

·       Positive attitude

·       Proficient in MS Office
