Job Description

You will be in charge of writing articles for content pages on our website. You should consider the page structure and incorporate them into the manual script with an emphasis on SEO so that the web pages will be displayed at the top of the results. The team task is to create the manuscript using Adobe tools and submit it to the production team. As related work, the team is also required to devise keyword that is necessary for web service operation with SEO in mind, suggest images to be inserted in the article (only a simple proposal as the production team in the post-process is responsible for it), and perform light work (Information sharing among the team through Google spreadsheets).

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ability to organize information into sentences in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Sufficient operation skills of Windows PC (PC will be lent to unify the work environment as a team)
  • Basic operation skills of Internet browsers
  • Intermediate operation skills of Office applications (Excel, Word) or Google Docs (spreadsheets, documents)
  • Open to learning how to use the stock trading application

  • SEO related work experience
  • Finance (FX) related writing experience
  • Experience in web article creation (image processing, HTML production, writing)
  • Experienced users of trading applications such as FX, stocks, etc.
  • Ability to perform basic operations using image applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, etc.
  • Work experience with Movable Type and WordPress
  • Website management experience
  • Ability to communicate in English via email

Working Hours

9 hours from 10:00 to 24:00 Japan time (with one hour break)

*Two days off in a week (Saturday and Sunday)
*Holidays: Based on Singapore or Japanese holiday calendar (to be discussed at interview)
*Part-time job is negotiable

Salary

Estimated annual salary: 3.12 million yen ~ (39,000 SGD ~)

Estimated monthly salary: 240,000 yen ~ (3,000 SGD ~)

  • Probationary period: 3 months
  • Salary evaluation after working for one year or more (once a year in December)
  • Bonus equivalent to at least one-month salary after working for one year or more (once a year)

Based on skills, experience, and abilities, decided after consultation
