Roles & Responsibilities...

Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to team members.

. Prepare HSES plan for site activities and management.

. Prepare training material and conduct safety inductions and orientations for contractors.

. Ensures safety documents and issues work permits to contractors in collaboration with Project Engineer and operation.

. Ensures that site works have proper safety documents and follow correct safety procedures, conduct toolbox meetings and ensure site safety procedures are followed.

. Contribute suggestions to mitigate recurrences of incidents and accidents.

. Follow Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) when responding to emergency situations.

. Maintains site safe and clean working environment by enforcing internal procedures, rules, and regulations.

. Comply with Kepple's safety regulations and SOP.

. Contributes to project team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

. Proficient in Risk assessment (RA) and Method of Statement (MOM) methodology.
