These activities comprises short term and longer term ones which require interns on a continuous rotational basis.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Incumbent Will Be Able To Gain The Following Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Research and analytical skills</li><li>Domain knowledge in philanthropy, e.g trends in the social sector, social impact measurement, social financing</li><li>Stakeholder engagement</li><li>Events management</li><li>Effective communication<br><br></li></ul><u><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong></u><ul><li>Degree in Business Management and Analytics, Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Public Policy or related fields</li><li>Able to work and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Possess strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Meticulous with excellent attention to detail</li><li>High adaptability and flexibility to process changes</li><li>Excellent team player and communicator with good written and oral presentation skills</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills on the fly</li></ul>
