**About our client**: Our client is in the Oil&Gas industry. **About the role**: - Execute tasks and activities, including standard maintenance and repair work such as preventive and corrective maintenance, and project executions at the site effectively and efficiently. - Ensure all site executions are carried out in accordance with maintenance work procedures, OEM manuals, and relevant standards to guarantee site quality, asset integrity, and operability. - Ensure all site executions adhere to local statutory requirements and safety processes to achieve good safety records and results. - Report any issues or problems with site facilities promptly. - Process Permit-to-Work, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lock-out, Tag-out (LOTO), and execute the Defeat of Safety Critical Equipment (DOSCE) during associated maintenance activities. - Participate in and contribute to the review of maintenance documentation, such as Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and What-If Analysis. - Maintain work progress status and report to Supervisors on a daily or ad-hoc basis. - Perform Work Executor functions in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) workflow to receive, update, and close assigned Work Orders and checklists. - Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring contractors or third-party vendors execute maintenance tasks and activities at the site effectively and efficiently. - Ensure that contractors carry out tasks and activities in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, and relevant standards. - Mentor and guide technicians and junior technicians in maintenance activities and job competency. - Assist in the supervision of capital expenditure (Capex) project execution. - Perform equipment or system testing, commissioning, inspections, and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) to properly hand over to the Operations team after maintenance or project completion. - Standby as a duty technician for emergency activation to perform corrective maintenance after working hours. - Suggest and execute ideas for continuous improvement in maintenance procedures and processes to optimize maintenance costs, work processes, and safety standards. - Assist in leading equipment training for the Operations department or new trainees. - Practice good housekeeping standards. - Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory levels, support delivery checks by suppliers, and ensure good preservation/housekeeping in the stores. - **For Maintenance Senior Technicians only**: Mentor and guide technicians and junior technicians. **About you**: - 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in the Oil&Gas industry - ITE or Diploma equivalent in maintenance - Familiar with and experience in Maintenance and inspection work - Familiar with and experience in terminal equipment and assets - Technically sound - Familiar with terminal equipment and assets - Familiar with terminal fire-fighting and emergency procedures - Knowledge of safety, health and environment regulatory and practices - Compliance with regulatory requirements - Teamwork - Mentoring experience is an advantage **Other**: - Work location: Sebarok Island (company transport provided) - Work hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) Employment Agency: Kingsforce Management Services Pte.
