Singapore CNC Manufacturing Production Coordinator (Open to Fresh ITE Graduates / Tuas )

Location: Tuas

Salary Range: S$1,800 – 2,500

Working Hours: 5 days per week,

About the Role:

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, monitoring capacity, and supporting inter-departmental communication to ensure on-time delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining production data accuracy and optimizing workflow efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the production department.
  • Assist superiors in preparing and compiling production and performance reports.
  • Generate and release job orders and purchase requisitions for confirmed projects.
  • Plan and track production output, monitor machine capacity, and analyze OEE performance.
  • Liaise with inter-department teams to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Update the Sales and Project teams on project development and schedule adherence.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, engineering, and technical documentation.
  • Organize production runs according to supervisor or HOD instructions.
  • Handle receiving and distribution of raw materials for production usage.
  • Coordinate part transfers between departments for subsequent processing.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements and system enhancements.
  • Utilize ERP and reporting tools effectively to manage production data.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and part specifications accurately.

Requirements:

  • NTC/Nitec qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or clerical environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications and production reporting tools.
  • Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and GD&T specifications.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
