As part of our continued growth in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore office located in Tuas.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Warehouse & Distribution Management Specialist</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts for construction equipment (e.g., excavators, cranes).</li><li>Accurately pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery or collection according to work orders.</li><li>Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels using the warehouse management system (WMS).</li><li>Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock-taking activities.</li><li>Coordinate with service and logistics teams to fulfill internal and customer orders on time.</li><li>Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with internal SOPs.</li><li>Support the warehouse supervisor in daily operations and process improvements.</li><li>Create DO (Delivery Order) forms, follow up with parts sales representatives for customer countersigned documents, and upload them to the CRM system for financial approval and invoicing.</li><li>Liaise with logistics companies, express delivery providers, and parts sales representatives to coordinate and arrange pickup and shipment, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers and various service points.</li><li>Prepare monthly fund plans related to logistics and express delivery, verify all corresponding logistics and courier invoices for the month against relevant requirements and DO documents, and scan and upload them to the financial reimbursement system to complete the reimbursement application and payment approval process.</li><li>Organize and archive all outgoing DO documents, handle related matters such as returns and write-offs, and assist in system operations and financial verification processes to ensure alignment between accounts and physical inventory.</li><li>Assist in tracking and updating logistics pickup, shipment, and delivery statuses, and respond to customer inquiries and needs.</li><li>Ensure timely system data entry and assist with other warehouse-related tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably with heavy machinery or industrial spare parts.</li><li>Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse practices.</li><li>Physically fit and able to handle heavy items when necessary.</li><li>Forklift license or experience operating forklifts is an advantage.</li><li>Able to read and understand part numbers, packing lists, and delivery orders.</li><li>Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul><p></p>
