  • Working Hours: 7:30am-5:15pm + OT
  • Salary: Up to $2600 + OT + Completion Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs
  • Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials
  • Ad-hoc task given by Manager/Supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec/Diploma or relevant higher education (e.g., Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling
