Managerial Duties
Oversee daily operation schedule
Oversee quotation to new or old customers
Conduct route familiarization drives for new or complex routes.
Support service recovery during emergencies (e.g., replacing absent drivers, demonstrating best practices).
Deliver training programs (new driver induction, defensive driving, customer service).
Train drivers on navigation tools, digital ticketing, and communication devices.
Evaluate driver performance through on-road assessments and ride-along.
Mentor junior drivers, promoting best practices in safe and efficient driving.
Vehicle inspection for road tax renewal
Vehicle maintained for route and yearly upkeeping
Source out new technology for clean energy buses
Driving Requirement
Active Class 4/5 driving license
Owned a bus vocational license
Be flexible to respond to sporadic, round the clock driving duties if needed (When vehicle breakdown)
Training & Development of drivers
Deliver training programs (new driver induction, defensive driving, customer service).
Train drivers on navigation tools, digital ticketing, and communication devices.
Evaluate driver performance through on-road assessments and ride-alongs.
Mentor junior drivers, promoting best practices in safe and efficient driving.
Safety Oversight
Reduce accidents through training and behavioural monitoring.
Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization.
Ensure compliance with transport authority safety standards (e.g., LTA in Singapore).
Maintenance Awareness & Reporting
Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections to identify faults.
Collaborate with engineering/maintenance teams to report and elevate technical issues.
Train drivers on defect reporting, proper use of onboard systems, and emergency equipment.
Provide feedback to engineering managers on recurring vehicle issues impacting safety.
