<p>We are Hiring! </p><p>Join Caritas Singapore, the social and community arm of the Catholic Church, in serving those in need. We are an umbrella body of over 20 Catholic charities and a member of Caritas Internationals.<strong> </strong> </p><p>We seek proactive, results-driven individuals with strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills who align with our mission. </p><p><strong>Manager, Operations & Building Services (OBS)</strong> </p><ul><li>Oversee daily maintenance of Caritas Agape Village building and ensure smooth operation of all systems (electrical, mechanical, safety) </li><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards </li><li>Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely project completion </li><li>Control maintenance budget and monitor expenses </li><li>Lead and mentor the support team, fostering a collaborative environment </li><li>Plan and execute emergency response procedures </li><li>Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports </li><li>Implement energy-efficient practices and ensure building security </li><li>Optimize space usage and oversee major facility projects </li><li>Communicate with stakeholders, tenants and other departments </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong> </p><ul><li>5-10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in non-profit or social sectors. </li><li>Diploma and above. </li></ul><p><strong>Apply by</strong> <strong>15 November 2025 to hr@cartias-singapore.org.</strong> </p>
