Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging English language lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports language development, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Assess children’s progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals and objectives.
  • Uphold the values of curiosity, creativity, and care in daily interactions.

Requirements

  • ECDA L2 certification (Early Childhood Development Agency).
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of preschool teaching experience (English instruction preferred).
  • Strong command of English.
  • Familiarity with preschool curriculum frameworks and pedagogy.
  • Ability to work well with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $3,000 – $4,500 (based on qualifications & experience).
  • Standard 3-shift rotation (opening, mid, and closing) scheduled between 7:00am and 7:00pm
    Opening shift runs 7:00am – 4:45pm
    Mid and closing shifts rotate accordingly
    No weekend work
