As a part-time Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial data integrity, ensuring smooth day-to-day reporting, and helping streamline decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities:
1. Accurately enter and manage data in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally.
2. Maintain and reconcile balance sheets, sales/purchase records, and ledgers.
3. Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, summaries, and MIS.
4. Perform accurate and timely data entry of purchase, sales, and expense transactions
5. Maintain updated ledgers for customers and suppliers.
6. Assist in maintaining accurate records of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and updated financial data.
8. Ensure timely backups and secure handling of sensitive financial information.
9. Support the teams by creating custom Excel/Google Sheets-based dashboards, templates, and reports
10. Identify opportunities for process automation and improving efficiency in data entry and reporting
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, data entry, and balance sheet maintenance.
2. MS Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts)
3. Tally ERP or Tally Prime
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
5. Proactive communicator with the ability to work independently
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
7. Language proficiency: Must be fluent in both Hindi and English
