Position Overview:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in web and mobile application design to lead the user experience and visual direction. In this role, you’ll craft seamless, high-impact web experiences tailored for crypto traders, ensuring every interaction feels fast, intuitive, and delightful. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the broader design team to shape the next generation of decentralized trading on web.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to final high-fidelity designs.
  • Design intuitive, first user experiences that balance simplicity, performance, and functionality.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect implementation across iOS and Android.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user flows.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system that aligns with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align design goals with business objectives.
  • Stay current on emerging UX trends, DeFi app design patterns, and Solana ecosystem developments.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web app design (iOS and Android).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for fintech, crypto, or other data-rich applications.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with web design systems, animations, and motion principles.
  • Ability to translate complex trading or blockchain concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
