What you do


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the development of AI-powered solutions for marketing, customer engagement, and operational optimization.
  • Assisting in building predictive models and recommendation engines using Python and modern ML libraries.
  • Exploring applications of Agentic AI and hyper-personalisation to enhance customer journeys.
  • Working with structured and unstructured data across various business domains.
  • Creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions.

Who you are

  • A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Possess a strong foundation in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow.
  • Demonstrate comfort with SQL and basic data wrangling techniques.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Show a passion for learning, experimenting, and using data to solve meaningful problems.
  • Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark is a plus.
